You must be at least 16 years old to buy products. To register as a Vendor and sell products, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to legally enter into a binding contract and receive payments.
Tons of Tones reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
You do not need to register an account to make a purchase. You may buy products as a guest.
When you buy a preset, tab, or IR, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the product. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, redistributing, or reselling the files. Please respect the creators' effort.

It is your sole responsibility to back up any files you purchase and download. We do not guarantee that purchased files will remain available indefinitely. Please save your files to your local drive immediately after purchase.
85% to you, always. A 15% platform fee is deducted from every sale. This fee covers all processing costs - PayPal, currency conversion, hosting, and marketing - so you receive your full 85% with no further deductions.
Payouts are processed automatically on the 15th of each month.
Payouts are issued only to Vendors who have reached a minimum accumulated balance of $30.00 USD. Earnings below this threshold carry over to the next month.
Payouts are made directly to the PayPal account provided in your account settings. It is the Vendor's responsibility to keep PayPal details current and accurate.
Vendors are entirely free to determine the price for their own products. You may set any price you choose, including offering products completely for free ($0.00).
Tons of Tones operates solely as a technological mediation platform. Vendors operate as entirely independent contractors and/or within the scope of a hobby. It is the sole responsibility of each Vendor to report their income, pay any required taxes according to the laws of their jurisdiction, and issue legal receipts if required. Registering as a Vendor constitutes a declaration that you comply with all tax and legal requirements of your local authorities.
In the event of a chargeback or PayPal dispute initiated by a buyer, the disputed amount may be deducted from the Vendor's balance. We will notify Vendors of disputes and provide an opportunity to respond before funds are withheld.
By listing a product, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to sell it. You must not upload files that contain or are derived from copyrighted material belonging to third parties without proper authorization.
Product titles, descriptions, and preview audio/images must accurately represent the content of the files being sold. Misleading listings will be removed.
We support presets, tabs, IRs, and other guitar-related digital formats. All uploaded files must function as described and be compatible with the stated hardware or software.
Listings that infringe intellectual property rights, contain malware, or violate applicable laws are strictly prohibited and will be removed. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.
Vendor accounts require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each Vendor may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is prohibited.
Tons of Tones reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breaches.
Vendors retain all intellectual property rights to the products they upload. By listing on Tons of Tones, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and deliver your products to buyers.
All trademarks, logos, site design, code, and content created by Tons of Tones are the exclusive property of Tons of Tones. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been listed without your permission, please contact us directly with a description of the work and the listing in question. We will investigate and act promptly.
Tons of Tones acts exclusively as a mediator between Vendors and Buyers. We provide the infrastructure for transactions, but we are not the seller, creator, or owner of the products. Even though purchase receipts are issued by our company for payment processing purposes, we are strictly a third-party platform and should not be considered the seller of the product.
We do not review, verify, or have direct control over the contents of the files uploaded by Vendors. Tons of Tones takes absolutely no responsibility for the files sold or their compatibility. The buyer assumes full and complete responsibility for purchasing, downloading, and using the files, regardless of the receipt origin.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tons of Tones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it.
We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or functionality of products sold by Vendors. Disputes between buyers and Vendors should first be directed to the Vendor; contact us if the matter cannot be resolved.
