FAQ'S

Once you download the files, connect your multi-effects unit to your computer via USB. Open the manufacturer's dedicated editor software, select an empty slot in your setlist, and simply drag and drop or import the patch file directly.
It depends on the specific tone pack. Many of our presets are dialed in to sound massive using high-quality stock cabs. If a pack specifically requires or includes custom IRs (.wav files), it will be clearly stated in the product description.
We highly recommend updating your unit to the latest firmware. Our tones are crafted using the most recent DSP updates to ensure the best possible sound and block compatibility. Loading them on outdated firmware may cause errors.
