Questions about a tone, a request, or a custom preset? You can reach any creator in two ways.
It depends on the tone pack. Many presets are dialed in to sound massive using the stock cabs already in your device. If a pack needs or includes custom IRs as .wav files, it is stated clearly in the product description before you buy.
We recommend updating your unit to the latest firmware first. Tones are built on the newest processing updates so every block loads exactly as the creator intended. On outdated firmware some blocks may be missing or load with errors.
Nothing is lost. If you created an account at checkout, sign in any time to open your order history and download the files again. If you checked out as a guest, send us your order number and we will get your files back to you.
